We design, build, and manage agricultural infrastructure — from turnkey greenhouse projects and drip irrigation systems to smart IoT farms, seed supply, renewable energy, and premium export produce. Our headquarters is at No 480, Dandugama, Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka. We operate islandwide — with completed projects in the Western Province, Hill Country (Nuwara Eliya, Haputale, Maskeliya), Dry Zone (Kataragama), Coastal Zone (Tangalle, Hikkaduwa), and North Western Province. Greenhouse & Projects

We construct a full range including: UV-stabilised polythene polytunnels, galvanised steel multi-span greenhouses, shade net structures, naturally ventilated crop houses, and climate-controlled commercial growing facilities. All structures are engineered for Sri Lankan tropical and highland conditions — with options for manual or automated ventilation, net houses, and hydroponic integration.

Timelines depend on project size and complexity. A standard investor polytunnel (0.5–1 acre) is typically completed within 45–90 days from contract signing. Larger commercial greenhouse complexes with IoT integration and fertigation systems generally take 3–6 months. We provide a firm project schedule at the feasibility stage, with penalty provisions for delays.

Yes. We offer post-handover services including ongoing farm management, agronomist visits, crop advisory, IoT system monitoring, equipment servicing, and quarterly performance reporting. Many of our clients — particularly overseas investors and busy professionals — opt for our full farm management package, where Glorious Holdings handles day-to-day operations while you receive regular ROI reports.

Smart Farming & IoT

Our IoT package includes a sensor network for real-time monitoring of soil moisture, temperature, humidity, CO₂, and light intensity — all accessible via a cloud dashboard on any device. Automated climate controls adjust ventilation, shading, and irrigation in response to live sensor data. You receive alerts, automated logs, and analytics reports to help optimise crop yield and reduce manual labour costs.

No. Our systems are designed for non-technical users. The dashboard is intuitive — showing clear readings, trend charts, and simple alerts in plain language. We provide full training at handover, plus ongoing remote support from our technical team. Many of our clients monitor their farms from their mobile phone without any specialist knowledge.

Products & Exports

Yes. We export coconut products, Ceylon tea, Ceylon spices, Ceylon coffee, and fresh produce to buyers in the Middle East, Maldives, and beyond. Contact us for minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing, phytosanitary certifications, and custom packaging options. Our export team can arrange shipping logistics to most international destinations.

Our export products are processed and packed to comply with the regulations of the destination market. Phytosanitary certificates, food safety documentation, and country-of-origin certifications are available as required. Organic grades are available for select products. Drip Irrigation & Supplies

We design and install precision drip irrigation systems using Netafim-certified equipment — globally recognised as the gold standard in drip technology. We also supply complete agricultural inputs from Ginegar (films and nets) and Agriplast (UV-stabilised polytunnel films). All equipment comes with technical documentation and after-sales support.

Yes. We supply individual project inputs — drip irrigation kits, polythene film, grow bags, shade nets, mulch films, fertigation equipment, and agrochemicals — to farmers, contractors, and project owners on a supply-only basis.
