His dual expertise in modern management and agriculture — highlighted by his role shaping degree content for the University of Sabaragamuwa's Agriculture Department — enables him to bridge the gap between technical innovation and scalable business execution. Under his leadership, Glorious Holdings became Sri Lanka's largest greenhouse manufacturer and winner of the Asia Miracle Award 2025.

Apsara brings a human-centric approach to organisational leadership, drawing on her diverse background in education and humanitarian work. Currently reading for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, she holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Development from Lyceum and previously served as an Educator at Lincoln International School.
Additionally, her experience managing community initiatives as an Outreach Project Coordinator for Compassion International equips her with the strong operational and personnel management skills needed to cultivate a supportive and well-administered corporate culture.
